Thanks for your response. I can't help but marvel at your wisdom and patience.

Your description of the procedure sounds pretty clear. I'm going to take a gander at things in a day or two. Uh, how does one get under the back seat to access the aluminum cover? There's a release somewhere I guess.

I'll let you know how I make out.
