After washing down the engine, it will not start. Help! S70 1998

Good news. The car is dried out. No more stalling....Bad news is the A/C. It just got this way yesterday. My hazard lights would not work so, I checked the fuses. It works now. Could the A/C temp have something to do with a fuse? I tinkered with several of them but I put them all back in place. I have a coupon that just came in the mail for $39.99 a/c service check at major franchise that is local. Includes temp. check, freon top off to 1 pound, install dye to check for leaks. Would this be where I want to take her? Is this the same as charging the A/C ? You are so awesome to help me with this! I won't take her in until I hear back from you.....
