cylinder misfire; injector question S70 2000

I've got a cyl.5 misfire code with the accompanying rough running. Swapped #1 and #5 coilpacks, no change, swapped
#5 and #4 plugs, no difference. Is it ok to swap injectors on this ? Is injector removal as easy as it looks or is there a trick to not screwing it up?
I've got no manual or experience with this. Do I have to depressurize the rail at the little valve stem, and will the injectors pull straight out without requiring some kind of new o-ring?
Any other possible reasons for the misfire will also be appreciated. The coil wires seem sound, none squished or arcing in the dark. This is my better half's car, so not sure what led up to this, but there was some mention of putting in some cheap gas, from a company with a less than great local reputation.
