Oil Cooler Line - how to remove bracket? V70-XC70 1998

Klaus - sorry - misunderstanding due to my crappy description.

The rearward metal portion of the oil line has, somewhere in the middle of it, a small bracket brazed/welded to it (I guess you could call it a hanger).
This bracket is attached with just a regular old bolt with a hexagonal head (not Allen, not Torx). This holds the line in position, and keeps it from flopping around.
