Why can't I sell my S70? S70 1998

I don't get it!!!

We love our volvo, but we have to sell it because my wife got a company (read: FREE) car through her work. It's been two months now of newspaper ads and parking w/"for sale" signs on board. We've had some interest, but no biters!

It's a black 1998 S70 (non-turbo) It's got every option (like leather for instance!) except a CD player. 51,000 miles. It's in perfect condition. I'm down to a low asking price of $16,800. What do you think of my asking price?

Why can't I sell this car? Give me your opinions on the price too?
