Front Toe on ANY car (even FWD Volvos) can be done by ANYONE who knows anything about how to align a car. It's done simply by turning tie-rod ends and ALL cars have them, always adjustable.
Both rear toe and rear camber are adjustable by loosening bolts and moving the trailing arms.
Front Camber is only fully adjustable if the front camber kits are installed on an 850 otherwise there's no real adjustment for it (the spindle might slightly move if the 2 bolts to the strut are loosened, but it's very slight). Front Camber specs (found in the OEM Volvo front suspension manual btw) is 0 degrees +/- 1.0 degree, so any 850 should typically be within those specs (all are that I've seen unless there's bent parts from an accident) BUT one could adjust more negative camber if desired by having the OEM camber kits installed. The parts are cheap but each strut must be removed to drill out the upper strut to spindle bolt hole for the eccentric bolt used for adjustment.
If anti-sway bars ONLY are being installed, no alignment is needed as they don't effect alignment in any way.
