Turbo ABS/ Speedometer Problem 850 1997

I had my '97 850 ABS module rebuilt, not by Vic. After installing the module, the ABS light is still on and now the speedometer isn't working. Is the ABS supposed to reset on its own? What happened to the speedometer?
