You are correct, of course. I really have no need for a 5th car. I replaced the "R" with a 2008 MB GL320 diesel, which runs good and has 2 jump seats in the way back. It is faster than the "R", drives better in sloppy weather, has uncomfortable seats, a climate control system that is poorly designed, great visibility over the cars on the road, a 38 foot turning circle, less room in the rear than the "R", and I cannot even change the oil.

As one Brickboarder put it, it is an appliance not and automobile. The "R" has a soul and requires attention to the mechanicals, the MB is just another oversized 6,000lb piece of sheet metal.
