Seat Belt proble S70 1999

My son will be 16 in a few weeks and I plan for his 1st car to be my great 99 S70 but recently the drivers side seat belt won't stay clasped. It seems ok but thne sort "pops" out. Can I recent the clasp side (center point sometning I think) and where can I find one? Or might it be something else? Not sure but if no one has a good idea, I'm going to the dealer for this. Not taking any chances on this.
