restoring a faded front bumper cover V70-XC70 1998

The vinyl (??) front bumper cover on my '98 V70 (Coral Red) is becoming very sun-faded. The rest of the car is in VGC, and has a "T" wing that I shot to match the finish, so I'd like to restore this bumper cover if I can do it economically.

Is there any way to restore the color to these, short of re-shooting them with paint ?? If they must be re-shot, what type of paint can be used on this material that will not chip off, and what has to be done to prep the surface ?
