Problem with electricity 850 1992

checked wires- nothing unusual. disconnected everything - Idle Control Valve still whirring.
Right now my car starts without extra connection between battery and injectors.
Checked that when car engine is running I can disconnect a lot of things before it dies. For example main fuel relay, different vacuum hoses,one plug right under ICV...

But I have still that problem with ICV and i guess vent isn't operational, too
