stalling V70-XC70 1998

'98 V70R, 197k - I've recently had a stalling and hesitation issue so I pulled the codes and got the following three:

P0453 - evaporative emission system pressure sensor switch high input
Searching the archives, I can't really find out anything.

P0410 - secondary air injection system
Searching this, seems like one of the following: air pump, acs valve, or small controller. I don't really know how to go about figuring out which without just replacing so please advise.

The PCV system was replaced about 3 years ago if that's any help.

P0103 - mass or volume air flow circuit high input
Probably MAF sensor or cleaning of connections, someone mentioned a Bay13 reconnecting trick that I was going to look up.

I would really appreciate any help in diagnosing and fixing so thanks in advance.
