s60 r S60

2002, s60 r, 92,000 miles. 2 problems,
1rst., in heavy rain car begins to make a very high pitched scream. turned off engine, while rolling @ 35 mphj, with engine stopped, scream remained. brought car to stop, the scream slowly diminished over 3 to 5 seconds. My only notion is that its the fan, which continued to spin due to the air speed when the car was rolling.
2nd, had the fuel pump replaced under warrnty due to recall. No problem, so far they've put in 2 new pumps and one fuel pressure sensor, car coughs and starves for fuel under hard acceleration an/or hard cornering.
