rear window washer 850 1995

has anybody had problems with the rear window washer?

now that it is winter and the roads are a mess, my rear windshield is pretty dirty. i went to try to use the rear washer (for the first time since i bought the car) only to find that it would not work. where is the pump for the rear washer? are there typical places the lines get clogged?
