You mean your AC still works?! Keep the cabin filter clean. The AC evaporator replacement is the same as a 240 blower, a real job.

Yes, you can run a coathanger up the drain tube and see if you find anything, I doubt it.

You might be missing some insulating foam on the inside cooling tube. See if you can find it when the blower is out.
