reliable and trustable Volvo service in the Bay Area CA? 850 1996

Three months ago I bought a Volvo 850 1996 and tried to find a trustable service around Berkeley CA.

First, I went to Ackerman Volvo service/ Berkeley, CA in order to get 35K miles service although Ackerman didn't do a good job (I kept hearing some noise from left front wheel).

Second, I went to B&W (Brake and wheel) service shop in San Francisco to get 40K mile service and fix the noise problem that come from left front wheel. Friendly B&W mechanics tried to give a good 40K service and fix the noise (after brake pad change) although right now I still hear some noise this time right front wheel.

Briefly, I went to two service shops and couldn't get good service. My question is can you recommend a reliable and trustable Volvo service in the Bay Area CA?
