Re: Shocks 850 95

I put new Bilsteins on my wifes S70 at 55K. Big mistake! The ride got grossly stiffer. On smooth pavement ( what you can not find in Oklahoma) the ride was great. On corners the car stuck like glue. We finally sold the car because of the ride. Pitty the Volvo folks could not get the spring rates right. BTW...I have a set of rear Bilsteins for sale. They were installed on the S70 and one had a compression valve problem. Bilstein warrantied the shocks and sent me a new pair. Then then sent me the old shocks after they did the QC on them. One was replaced and the other one was simply returned to me. They will go for $25 bucks plus shipping.
