Re: navigation remote control S80 2000

I believe so as there's now a list of parts in VEN (Volvos intranet) that shows all the parts for those for every model, even older S/V/C 70s and they use the remote as the steering wheel isn't replaced or modified.

The remote is also now deemed safer being that a passenger, other than the driver can now control it.

I'd try talking again to your parts department because it's new info and they should look into it, unless the remotes don't apply to S80s even though I've previously read here that they've been available in Europe for a while now.
