Was transmission butchered by the oil change? 850 1994

I have a question. My wife took a car to the oil change palce and they checked the oil in A/T and found it brown, so they cchanged it. I called later and and found out that they open the drain plug from the pan and then drained the oil with engine off. Then they connected ATF supply pump line into dipstick filler with drain plug off and started ATF inflow and then started engine, ATF was coming in,(and probably straight out) they worked a shift through all positions for about 45 seconds and stopped the engine, closed the plug, filled the transmission to the required level and started again. Added a bit more and that was it. I am afraid that by doing this way they have butchered my transmission. The ATF is red now, it shifts fine, but it is, probably, not too long before it will start failing, right?

Any thoughts on what I should do. Not much, I guess, the damage is done.

Thanks.
