V40 power window S40-V40 2003

Howdy, my front(and rear actually) passenger side windows are non functioning. Front one, both switches are not working, I assume its the motor? Rear one, switches work, but the cable fell of the track, so not sure if I need to replace the entire regulator/assembly or if there is a way to get this back on track ( so to speak!)

what is the procedure for taking the motor and assembly out of the window, I had the rear door panel off and can un-bolt the entire assemble, but dont know how to get it out of the door!

Thanks,

Dave
