Blower motor does not shut off. V70-XC70 2005

I hope you have an owner's manual. Page 131-133 lists all of the fuses. Fuse #10 Instrument panel, climate system, power driver's seat (option), Occupant Weight Sensor (US models only) 10A is under the instrument panel area.

I am not sure if pulling the fuse will re-boot the climate control system, but to try: with key out, pull the fuse. Start car let it run for 2-3 minutes and turn off. Insert fuse and start car.

There is a fuse just for the blower motor: #3 on the side of the dash area.

There are no more code readers on the market that I am aware of that can read Volvo specific codes. Normal code readers only handle engine, tranny, and some abs codes.
Of course, if you have a laptop, there are some pirated software versions availible from China.
