850 GLT Wagon Tire Issues 850 1997

I have a 1997 855 GLT Wagon that came equipped with 195/60/15 tires. Recently one of the tires blew and was replaced. Since then I've noticed it was replaced with a 205/60/15 tire, so now I have a mis-matched set of tires. I decided this year I would put winter tires on the car. Etires.com recommends putting the larger tires on the car. Meanwhile, I've noticed that Volvo recommends putting 185/60/15 winter tires on the car. Frankly, I am confused ! Given the size of the original equipment and the recommendations of Volvo, what's the best solution for both winter and non-winter tires. Also, in buying winter tires, is it better to keep them on a separate set of rims or swap them out each season ? I live in the Washington, D.C, area. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
