Thanks for your attention Klaus. I have like 5 or 6 working Fuel Relays so I tested that and two different cam sensors plus the filter and the pump. Big surprise took off the rail to replace the FPR but then I saw the vaccumm hose completely severed. I replaced just the hose and the car started instantly an keeps starting so far. I did not know that the lack of this hose would impair functioning of the FPR. You can actually check it without changing the rail but I did not know to look for it. I did not replace the FPR. I found another hose going from the EGR control unit to the vacuum tree leaking and replaced it. Thanks again. It is amazing how how precious it is to exchange just a few words of knowledge.
