Get to knock sensor remove manifold ? 850 1994

First I want thanks very one input this have been extremly helpful to me.

What is the best way to get to the front knock sensor? the book said I have remove the maifold.

But I look at the past invoid from the last owner have the front knock sensor clean and not replace 2 times.. and it work just fine.. here is the kick the bill come to only $43 dollard for the work at the dealer...

How could the dealer remove the manifold to get to the sensor and charge only $43 this lead me to believe there must be a quick and easy way to get to this front knock sensor.... ??
