Solaris vs. PIAA's vs. Hiper? S70 2000

HAve any of you guys used Solaris brand bulbs? I have been looking for better lighting and I saw the solaris. They are expensive though and they also claim they use the xenon gas in thier bulbs. Is this true? A set of H7 run for 80 bucks. Also, I wanted to get the Piaa's superwhite's but they don't have my size available-H7. Also have any of you heard of hiper lights? Thanks for you help.
