I have an 850 Turbo Wagon..had the same problem.. had cold weather start problem.. would crank... start .. drop off.. again and again.. then would crank then nothing.. after about the 10th or 11th try.. would start and keep running..electronics were good.. no codes.. fuel pressure was good... what I finally found was the fuel pump relay..noticed inside..some arcing..and wear..and even suspected that it was barely making contact..in cold weather.. would possibly be even further away from making contact.. changed out no problems.. this was the last thing I did and all has been fine.. small price to pay ..$40 to check..
