Leaking Coolant Problem 850 1995

Coolant in my 850-T5 appears to be leaking by the dash board where the ventilation/Air conditiong unit is located. After a drive one see drops and pool of coolant close to that point. What is the problem and how could this be fixed? Can one change the tubes connecting the ventilation/AC system? Please help before by engine overheats.
