Bluedot is correct, the TPS is next to the throttle body in cable controlled cars and the firewall switch is for the AC cut-out at full throttle.

The EVAP valve for the brake servo hose is the oneway valve. The valve has barbs which makes taking it off hard. You will find that the valve is no longer oneway.

Continue to clean the EGR system so that the valve works easily.
