front suspension issues 850

Can I get some clarification on what you mean. Is the uneven wear on the tires so the each has the inside more worn then the outside, or is the drivers tire more worn then the passenger or what?

You can turn the strut with your hand? That's a huge problem (or you're really strong...) The rubber in the mount as well as the spring seat needs to be replaced. I think you can buy the rubber and pop it in, though if you just replace the mount don't go aftermarket. The OEM will last you 10-15 years, the aftermarket might last two... You probably don't need to replace the struts, but if they're OEM it might be time (assuming you want the car for another 5-10 years). When you get done installing the components you will need an alignment.
