Your throttle body needs cleaning...if your car is naturally aspirated, this is also a good time to clean the flame trap. To clean the throttle body (I just use a rag and WD40) remove the air intake duct that runs from the air filter box to the throttle body. If you have a flame trap (non-turbo models), remove the plastic housing attached to the throttle body (the one the air duct was strapped to) and you will find on its side a plastic connector with a hose attached to it. Turn it counterclock and it will break free from the housing, the flame trap is inside it.
