Trunk Luggage Netting S80 2000

My Volvo parts dept tells me that the MY1999-2000 S80 has a *single* optional accessory for the trunk's left hand side luggage netting (part #9192992-7), yet for the MY2001 there are two (left and right hand sides) available for ordering.

I've examined the rear right hand trunk space (behind the wheel well) of the MY2001 and find it to be identical in dimensions to my MY2000.

Question -- do you think this is an oversight of Volvo and has anyone installed the trunk's right hand side luggage netting in a MY2000 S80 ?

Incidentally, my MY2000 S80 (Build date 2/00) does not have the retractable grocery bag holder strap located in the rear right hand side of the trunk -- although it does have the trappings such as the vertical slot in the trunk's rear plastic cross member.
