2000 S70 Stalls at Stop S70 2000

Pull out your spark plugs when the car dies. Report back on the color. Odds are they're black. which leads me to believe you're running quite rich. That means that most likely you have a Vacuum leak. Hopefully you'll find a cracked hose or bad connector that'll solve it...

When it stalls how long does it take to start back up?

It could also be you're not getting enough fuel (aka bad filter/dying pump/ect) and when the engine is at low rpms its straining and then dies. A/C being engaged puts a decent strain on the engine which increases the chances of your stall..

It might also be your TPS..
