You will need to order a Tbelt, tensioner, and tensioner roller, along with an Sbelt.

As for the MAF sensor, swap them if you like the better mpg. But the 108 will give the proper fuel/air mix to the T5 engine. The 045 probably allowed more air per liter of gasoline, making for a lean burn.
