S60,S60 2.4T, or Acura TL?

It's time to replace my 1993 940 Turbo wagon after 140,000 miles. I'm now looking for a sedan, and my short list is the Acura TL or the S60. I've not yet driven the S60, but I was very impressed with the power and handling of the Acura. Has anybody compared the two? Do you need the turbo on the s60 to get reasonable acceleration? In fact, does anybody know the 0-60 stats on the base and the 2.4T models?
