HANDLING of the Acura??? If you were impressed with the "handling" of the TL, I cannot find the appropriate word that will describe your feelings when you drive the S60...You will find the TL much softer, exhibiting more nose dive under hard cornering and/or sudden braking. The rear end of the Acura will be much loser than that of the S60, under braking and turning the steering wheel violently (crucial if you will be in an avoidance situation, on a slippery surface).

I would go for the 2.4T, if you are going to be comparing it against the TL. The TL's engine is no match for the NON-turbo S60.
