Doug -

I just wanted to point out something that Volvo has done right. The rack mounts on the '01 V70 are just the slickest thing you've ever seen. No door interference, and no exterior sheet-metal contact. The rack's feet sit in gooves in the roof (nowhere near the door) and grab little hidden loops to hold it tight. It's the slickest thing you've ever seen. Plus the Racks are only $140 MSRP!
