Re: S70 wouldn't start S70 1999

Hydraulic across the board in 99, solid tappets across the board in 2000.

The variable cam timing was on all turbo on exhaust in 99 and on the intake on the S80 2.9 but not on the S-V70 NA motor at all.

In 2000 the S-V70 NA motor got it on the intake.

The tappets being solid or hydraulic has no bearing on varaible cam timing (CVVT).
