I have had the same problem with nearly every car that I have owned. To save some money, I have used some engine oil on the shafts of the clinders to help them out a bit. After the oil was put on and the door was moved open and closed quickly a few times the cylinders began to work better. It does not always work, but it is worth a shot at the very least.
