What you are experiencing is the EBD (electronic brakeforce distribution) function of the ABS system. It is not ABS activation. Check your owner's manual and you will see a short explanation. EBD is activated under light to moderate braking. EBD regulates hydraulic pressure to the rear brakes by opening & closing valves in the ABS modulator to ensure optimum brake capacity. Not a sign of a problem. Actually a designed function.
