Transmission Fluid.....Now I Am Confused S70 1998

I called today to my local Volvo dealers service dept. to set an appointment to have my transmission fluid changed. The guy I spoke with in the service dept. told me they did not do transmission fluid changes. He said the S70 had a "sealed" transmission and fluid changing was not required. Per my last post on this subject it seemed like others get their fluid changed on a S70. The service dept at this dealership has a good reputation........whats up?
