Timing Belt replacement 850

Today I extracted the ECU mileage of 200496 and the odometer was busted for about 28K miles.
The sticker on the coolant resevoir is unreadable except for the first two digits 11 ACH!

Any way to visually check the belts?

I'm on borrowed time with the serpentine and timing belt maybe.
I couldn't find any record of the last timing belt in the stuff from the PO.
So now, I'd like to do belts rollers tensioner and waterpump. whatever

What to put in? and is FCP stuff OK?

Should I get OEM Volvo for some of the parts?

Thanks, Bill
