Weird Noise 850 96

I have an 1996 850 Turbo Wagon with 33,000 miles. It makes a funny little rattle from the lower passenger side engine copartment, when you are above 60 mph. If you accelerate and then back off the accelerater you hear this little rattle. It only happens above 60 mph. I first thought it was the famous upper engine mount which was broken and the engine was rocking causing the rattle but upon replacing the mount with an IPD mount the noise is still there. It has stumped me because of the MPH. Even under hard acceleration and deceleration it does NOT rattle unless I am over 60 mph.

Any Ideas on what to check.
