Winter Tires & Rims 850 1994

On my 94 850 turbo wagon, I have read numerous times that due to the wider tires, I should consider snow tires for the winter. The most popular tire for this application appears to be a 195 Blizzak. My question is that of rims. Should I consider snows on all four wheels, or just the fronts? Also, I plan to buy steel wheels to mount the snow tires on. 15x6 was the recommended size, but is there a particular offset or stud-spacing that I must also consider? Must I limit myself to a Volvo rim or can I go more generic? Since I would like to go the used rim route, knowing what actually will fit this application would be helpful.

Thanks in advance.
