With new plugs in it still doesn't fire. Including with pedal held to floor.

Get a gush of gas from shrader valve so I know there is some kind of fuel pressure. Pretty sure I smell gas from the tailpipe after starting attempts too.

If there is a wiring problem with the OBD readout boxes, it seems like it must be the probe wire that's bad since neither box will light at all. As I said, the insulation is gone off that probe wire at both ends, but the the fact that the wire holds together makes it seem like there should be continuity in it. But I guess if I'm at the point where I'm willing to replace the OBD boxes I have nothing to lose by taking it apart and trying to check the wiring in it.
