1998 XC70 Trailing Arm Bushings Replacement

Anyone ever replace these? The forwardmost trailing arm bushings on my 98 xc70 have disintegrated, and I get a loud clunk whenever going from forward to reverse, or vice versa. I have found interestingly that the part number looks to be that of the 240 bushings. That would make this the only part that fits a Volvo from 1964 to 1998, or so I believe(the rear bushing carries the 740 PN).
Anyway, I am not sure how bad of a job this is? I was told by someone that is is a Very difficult and time consuming job? Anyone have any insight?
Thanks
