Oil gunge in coolant, Help! 850 1994

I just recently bought a '94 850-T5 saloon. The coolant is boiling out of the reservoir and is thick with a creamy gunge....oil.

The engine starts and runs perfectly and doesn't register being over temperature. We've assumed it's not the head gasket, and have just taken out the radiator, it's hopefully the oil cooler part leaking oil into water, any thoughts? is this a known problem? before I replace the Rad.!!
