timing belt replacement V70-XC70 2002

My 2002 V70 has 103k on it, and i am about to have the timing belt replaced. Searching the V70 threads, i see i should also have the belt tensioner replaced and, i guess, the water pump. Is there anything else to do when they have the belt exposed?
My User's Manual also suggests replacing the fuel filter unit at 105k. Is it a good idea? It may mean dropping the exhaust system?
Thank you all (esp. Klauss)for such important/interesting info on the V70s.
