Battery discharges in 36 hours 850

My 850 battery will go from 100% to a no start/barely turnover situation in a day or so if not driven. Battery reads at 13.5 or better when running. 12 and change when off. Two good batteries have been load tested at local auto parts place (fully charged (per charger readout). tested out of vehicle) and come up good. Removed positive cable and tested for current with car off/key out. Reads 0.15 Amps in this situation. Every fuse has been removed one at a time and replaced (i.e. only one fuse has ever been removed at once) with no change to the 0.15 current flow. Do i need to remove more than 1 fuse at a time to track this down? I assume 0.15 is excessive. Yes? (what does the lcd clock and blinking radio light draw?) When I remove one of the fuses the load increases to about 1.5 amps. this seems odd. Could a bad fuse block cause stuff like this?

Thanks for any help...

Howard
