Should I paint my 1998 "R' V70-XC70

None of the embossed wheels came painted, the R and XC both have embossed wheels.

The Oil Thermostat Housing contains a solenoid, think spring, that is heat activated. When the engine oil gets to a certain temp then the solenoid opens and allows oil to flow through the oil cooler. The OTH is next to the bottom of the timing belt and bolted on to the block. All turbos have an OTH.
