Tie Rod 850

I am replacing my driver side tie rod on my 1994 n/a 850. I have released it from the steering knuckle and used a press to push it out. Now I can't get it off the steering rack. Any suggestions? I sprayed WD 40 on it last night hopefully to loosen it up. The problem is the steering rack turns. How do I prevent that as I try to take off the tie rod.
